The Legend of Heroes: Zero no Kiseki-1

Crossbell — the 'Sin City' of Zemuria — is a tiny, autonomous state with a wealth of power sandwiched between the massive Erebonia Empire and Republic of Calvard. It has been a city of glitz, glamor, and corruption. Great forces move through this tiny state — anything from gangs and local mafias, to nation-spanning crime syndicates and long-lost cults reemerging. After seeking out and removing their own corruption, the Crossbell Police has managed to regain the trust of the citizens through the Special Support Service. Their work has managed to unite the people and organizations to overcome great hardships. Now, however, is a time for those members of the SSS to branch out and learn to overcome their own weaknesses.
