The Dominion War.. is over. The Voyager, long lost, is also returned. The galaxy is rebuilding more and more after the terrible wars, and now the knowledge of a world — if not more worlds, past their own — the Multiverse. While the Federation in the Alpha Quadrant has had the most contact with the Union, who is to say that will not change over time?
