"Just leave it to me, I'll take care of this!"

A child prodigy who managed to graduate from college at the young age of 18, Rebecca Chambers joined the Special Tactics And Rescue Service (S.T.A.R.S.) with the promise of being given a medical lab for her research and studies. However, she got more than she bargained for when, on her first mission in the field as a combat medic, she encountered an outbreak of the T-Virus up close and personal. After barely escaping with her life, Rebecca has devoted her time to taking out the Bio-Organic Weapons (B.O.W.) that the corporation is developing with their viral research. Rebecca is a gifted woman not only with a great knowledge of science, but in the field she doubles as a field agent and as a combat medic.

Powers

Medic: Rebecca is very knowledgeable in the world of first aid and medicine. She can easily perform field surgery and treat a variety of wounds using just a few items from her medical pack, and the pack stores a lot of items, meaning that she can render quite a bit of aid in the field. She is also good with dealing with more serious types of injuries that require specialized attention, and while she can't directly treat them, she can stabilize the victim untill they can be treated properly.

Chemicals: Having a degree in the field of science means that one obviously knows how to work with chemicals, and Rebecca is no exception to that rule. She can handle even the most volatile chemicals with the greatest of ease, and can recognize certain types based on things like appearance, smell, etc. This is a very important skill to have in the field, since there are times when chemicals could be a hazard in some form or other, and having someone knowledgeable about them makes things a lot easier.

Combat: A S.T.A.R.S. operative must always know the basics of combat, and even though her role (albeit brief) with the team was that of a Field Medic, Rebecca was taught how to use a firearm and also how to perform takedowns and other physical combat techniques associated with military and law enforcement. Those teachings came into use when she encountered the products of the T-Virus during her mission in Raccoon City, meaning she got a bit of hands-on training, which helped hone her skills.

Fearlessness: The first mission jitters that Rebecca had when she was en route to where she and the S.T.A.R.S. Bravo team would be investigating were soon pretty much trivial as she found herself face to face with zombies and other strange mutated creatures. While a normal person would be scared, Rebecca had no time to be scared. As a result, she has developed a great deal of courage which keeps her from getting nervous even in the harshest of situations.

Viral Immunity: Not long after the Raccoon City incident, there were samples of a prototype T-virus vaccine codenamed 'DAYBREAK' recovered. It was put into the posession of the government so they could study it and attempt to replicate it in order to help protect against future incidents. At this time, only specific persons are allowed to have the vaccine administered, and Rebecca is one of those people, meaning that she cannot be infected by the T-Virus in any way, thus making her a suitable candidate for taking on situations involving Umbrella's B.O.W.'s.
