This theme is based off the Jennifer Government: NationStates web-based game. Those wanting to app a PC under this theme should preferably own the country on NationStates that such a PC would be from, or have authorization from the country's owner. Previous roleplaying of the country on the NationStates Forum is preferred. If the country you're planning on bringing in shares certain aspects of another theme on MCM (i.e., a country where Pokemon exists, or a country that uses spacecraft and equipment from Halo) it is strongly advised to discuss the shared aspects with the members of that theme before apping.
