It turns out that this is indeed more than meets the eye; while it is a storehouse of Pokemon-6's America's dirty laundry, including evidence of alien interaction, Cold War relics, and the occasional evidence of blatant treaty violation, it is now under the purvue of the UAF group Special Forces Gamma, acting as their base. Much of the base remains unexplored thanks to the slightly delapodated facilities and the somewhat incooperative nature of the government - which seems not to entirely know what's in there itself. Which is one reason why they got it - they, along with the Trainers, the major UAF group from this world and members of SFG, may be the only ones who can safely keep things under control should something go awry.

Once the center of the efforts against the Russians in the Cold War and a host to numerous secret projects (many less than legal)… it's now f ull of teenagers. Granted, world-saving teenagers who often tangle with gods and rip apart monstrosities from beyond on a regular basis, but nonetheless, applicable.

And it would seem that there's been a sufficient amount of attention gained by this point - Ash's announcement gave just five minutes' warning, but the room is fairly well packed. The Pokemon trainer who started this all is sitting in one of the meeting chairs, glancing towards the next room - the sliding double-doorway is still open, revealing the illumination of the artificial warp gate that connects this place to other Union facilities. Unsurprisingly a large number of Trainers stand around, waiting for this meeting - more than a few looking bored.
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Lucy smacks the wassabi with a trout. :P
[Multi-Desc/Armor System:] Kino Makoto changed her armor mode to Normal.

[Dawn:]
"Pachirisu!" Dawn's Pokemon comes out of the gate before she does, and heads straight for Ash. "Pachirisu!" Dawn calls out. "Get back here - now!" The Pokemon whuffles back at Dawn. "Pa cha ri SU!" « But I want to have the best view! » "Then sit on my head!" "Pa?" « Ok? » Suddenly, Dawn has a Pachirisu on her head.
[Group Ufunc->] <Special Forces Gamma> Commander Ash's Squirtle says, "Squir squirtle tul squir…" <Dawn, you have a Pachirisu on your head. I understand there are sprays for that.>
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Holly says, "Note: at this point, I'm probably gonna just watch, and assume I'm here in the background somewhere, but mind just hit brick wall."
[Gold:] Gold is standing toward the side of the meeting area, one of the Trainers who are looking bored. He'd heard that the Founders had their fingers in on this one and it bothered him to no end, even if he chose not to show it. He waits for the rest of the group to show and for the meeting to start.
[Kino Makoto:] Kino Makoto finds herself a seat, quietly. This is a rarity, one she's not about to miss, anyway. She looks around, curiously. "Wonder what this is all about, ne, Juno?" She looks to the Eevee on her shoulder. "Vee." «Who knows?»
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Holly says, "Or more of, it hit a wall a few more times than half an hour ago."
[Fiera Kitsun:] Fiera Kitsun isn't looking bored, but that may be due to the fact that she's brushing out her Vulpix's fur at the moment … and is being very, *very* careful not to scatter it - in fact, she's doing her best to gather it up, for some reason or other. She's got Foxfire standing in the middle of a large square of cloth which has been spread out on the floor, and onto which all stray fur is falling as Fiera applies the brush; the Vulpix seems very happy with her trainer's treatment, letting out soft, contented vocalizations.

Fiera's not so absorbed in the brushing that she's not paying any attention to others, though. "Pachirisu, you'll have a better view of Ash if you're not standing on top of him when he's talking," the red-haired Trainer comments with a soft chuckle. She greets other Trainers with friendly nods as she sees them coming in.
[Lorelei:]
A few of those trainers aren't teenagers though, and one of them is of the League Elite. It's Lorelei! Prepare yourself. Can you stand the ice? Okay, well, no. She has walked in earlier, her heels clicking against floor as she shuffles from one spot to another, eventually finding herself a comfortable spot nearer to the center. If she was going to be present for anything serious, she was going to have as near to a front seat as she could get. The woman looks all serious though, even -adjusting her glasses-. Though, she can't help but laugh a little at the antics with the others Pokemon.
She was very lucky that Dewgong couldn't move very well on this kind of floor. Thank God.
[Tsukino Usagi:]
Usagi comes out of the warp gate, actually in her Union military outfit, looks like she was standing around ops watching the fight going on between the UAF and the Granzon. The UAF outfit looks VERY flattering on her, lets put it like that. She looks around and blinks, "Ano?" as she looks around after walking out of the warpgate.
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Lorelei says, "Sorry if my rp sucks, haha. I'm a bit pooped"
[Chiba Mamoru:]
Mamoru stands there, trailing after Usagi. Just listening.
[Lucy:]
A nondescript man with brown hair and a black trenchcoat walks over to the podium and taps it lightly, before he looks out and over the assembled teenagers, pokemon, and other multiversals.

After a long moment of measuring he speaks up, "Alright. I'm a founder. If you have any questions about that, you can can ask Ash after this meeting is over." He smiles at Ash, "I'm sure he'd love to explain it, but I'm here for a different reason." He crosses his arms, "I've been informed that the Union has been in contact with Lucy, and based on the reports that we've seen, she's one of the more powerful versions of herself. Normally, we would leave the Union and it's various groups, but the Diclonii are a bit of a special problem and a special opportunity and Lucy… …Is their queen." He smiles, "Does anyone have any questions for Ash or myself before we really get this meeting started?"

Truth be told he just got done reading the PADD roughly five minutes ago. He glances up at the founder, scratching Pikachu behind the ears.

The various Trainers, of course, are mostly following-the-leader behind their leader - save, of course, for Lass.

She raises one hand. "Uh, yeah. In English, please?"
[Seth:]

Seth is here, and has been for a little while at least. He is sitting in a folding metal chair at the back of the room, which he has leaned back up against the wall. He is using another chair as a footstool, and judging by the smell of the place he probably only put out a cigarette just before the majority of the crowd started showing up.

[Dawn:] Dawn calls out, "Can you rephrase for those of us that aren't up to date on who in the world Lucy is, much less the Diclonii?" She raises an eyebrow, and waves her PADD for a second.
[Group Ufunc->] <Special Forces Gamma> Commander Ash | Lara says, "…I woulda thought a Founder would've lookd more impressive." Charmander says, "Man char charmander." <No, not really. Most of them, as I understand it, were 'video game nerds.'>
[Lorelei:]
Ah, Lucy. That's what this meeting was about. She scans the room looking for the girl, but she seems a bit distracted. She would NEVER forget how Aurora just stole her like that. The Ice Master is still vengeful. Ah well. She shrugs, not having any questions of her own. She's cold silent.
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Gold says, "Uh, who was that last one from?"
<Union-IC> Tsukino Usagi says, "(OOC: Wow, All of Titanium Valey loves em! )"
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Lorelei says, "Lorelei."
[Fiera Kitsun:] Fiera blinks, sitting - well, kneeling - bolt upright and looking at the brown-haired man. A Founder? *Here*? That got her attention … and Foxfire looks as distinctly unamused as a fox-like Pokemon can, sitting on her haunches and watching, ears perked visibly. Fiera raises her hand - but with her intended question being asked by others, she lowers her hand again and just listens.

[Group Ufunc->] <Special Forces Gamma> Arctic Ops Lorelei chuckles softly, "Never judge a book by its cover."
[Group Ufunc->] <Special Forces Gamma> Ops Management Gold says, "Has nothing to do with what he looks like."
[Gold:] Gold has no questions he'd ask right now.
[Kino Makoto:] Kino Makoto has no questions that haven't already been asked. So, she'll do the most intelligent thing she can think of. Stay quiet, listen, and pet the Eevee. Guess which one of THOSE that Juno thinks most intelligent.
[Tsukino Usagi:]
Usagi looks like she's a but upset by a premice but her very nature had to offer the prospect. She takes a deep breath and fiddles with her earring, turning off that channel in her CODEC so she can pay attention to the meeting, she just listens for now, she never met this Lucy person, so she's not sure whats going on…
[Lucy:]
The founder at the podium sighs, "Diclonii, plural, or Diclonius, singular, are an advanced form of human life. In the times that we've encountered them if they were hostile they tended to go through non-auric first contact teams like they were meat grinders." He rubs his eyes and then continues, "They learn and process things at an astounding rate, but unfortionately like most geneticists have discovered, if you enhance someone's intelligence, you enhance their other mental traits. Like say, split personalities, homicidal urges, meglomania, codependency, the whole bit In fact codependency seems to be the major defining trait of their race, but I'll come back to that later. Once you get past that, they're generally nice, provided that they view you as human."

He smiles grimly and looks out at the audience for a moment, eying them, "What defines them as a species isn't that they're smarter, faster, more resilient, et all then normal humans. It's that they have retractable etherial arms that emerge from their backs. Those arms are capable of cutting through things like they have a molecular edge, picking up large objects and ignoring inertia, or at least whatever sense of internal balance most people have, They're also capable of blocking most kinds of weapon fire, and in several recorded cases, returning thrown grenades before they explode."
Ash has already heard this - or read it, anyway - from the PADD. Although he may have other questions to ask, at the moment, he's… cautious. And Charmander probably told him to keep his damn yap shut. So he's doing just that.
[Fiera Kitsun:] Fiera grimaces, "Sounds like they're nasty opponents …" She scritches Foxfire behind the ears, but almost like she's seeking comfort rather than giving it. "So … how did we make contact with Lucy that *didn't* involve somebody getting shredded?"

[Dawn:] Dawn says softly, "Luck." That's twoards Fiera, but the Water Specialist is grimacing. "But oy… I need to catch up on things."
[Lucy:]
The founders eyes affix to Fiera, "The initial contact wasn't without violence. If you remember, I said I'd come back to the dependancy/codependency issue and in this case, it's the answer you're looking for. Lucy is bonded to Kohta. This Lucy," He grimaces, "Seems to be playing with less marbles then most, but she views anything, everything and everyone to be secondary to him. From the report, the person that suggested that he wasn't there, or might be dead, got put through the deckplate of a steel and concrete lighthouse. Mobile Section Six, managed to sell their inervention and … care … of Lucy in such a fashion that I /believe/" He stresses that word, "That she thought they were educating her about the Multiverse so she could find him."
[Kino Makoto:] Kino Makoto nods, "All right. So you're here to ask us to keep an eye on this… 'Lucy', was it?" She raises a questioning brow, towards the Founder. Whatever a Founder is.

Lass asks the obvious question. "What's a Kohta?"

Ash looks pensive, as if he's waiting for the other shoe to drop - or he's going to see if he can MAKE it drop here before it can drop ON them.
[Lorelei:]
Lorelei coughs and raises her hand slightly, "I'd like to know that as well."
[Dawn:] Dawn eyes Ash. "What in the world are you not telling us, Ketchum?"
[Fiera Kitsun:] Fiera purses her lips quietly. "'Kohta' must be someone Lucy knew from her pre-Unification world …"
[Seth:]

"He had one of my special brownies before he came here. He's high as a kite." Seth replies sarcastically to Dawn- though a glance back at him will reveal that he is watching the Founder with great interest, rather than his fellow trainer(s).
[Tsukino Usagi:]
Usagi blinks, "So, this girl, Lucy is so obsessed over her boyfriend that if she doesn't find him, we're afraid that she'll go on a rampage and start destroying the world or something?" she asks a bit lost, "Do we know what she's weak aginst in case we have to fight her?"
[Lucy:]
This time the Founder's eyes affix to Lass, "The first and almost only person that has ever shown most of the Lucyies human kindness, and treated her like a person. In a moment, I'm going to show you a presentation of three worlds, but first, I'll expand on the mental instability a bit. Most Diclonii seem to develop powers at around three or four. Before the age of consent, before the idea that killing is bad, and people can die, and before they really have any moral compass or idea as to what they're doing. It's worse, when you consider that in many cases developing the powers is traumatic, and seems to drive them temporarily homicidal."

He crosses his arms, "Picture a four year old with nearly invisible molecular edged weapons, no idea what to do with them, and a vauge idea that someone somewhere is fucking with them, and you get the idea. Kohta's kindness, and personality was probably what stopped Lucy from going mad."

He glances at Usagi, and then at Kino Makoto, "Yes and no. First, She's lost, and been MIA for a week. Second, she single handedly did a lot of damage to a confederate instalation, in return for only minor wounds before she was teleported away. Third, picture a village idiot in the back of beyond insisting that Kohta's dead."
Ash gives a /sharp/ glare at Dawn.

Considering their recent 'talk', yeah. Either way, Ash returns to silence. Silently he ponders - looks like they're going to get some answers…
[Dawn:] Dawn says wryly, "Who gave Lute access to valuable information?" Pachirisu then Zaps Dawn, and she grimaces.
[Fiera Kitsun:] Fiera Kitsun sucks in a breath at the last bit of the Founder's list of three items, and looks genuinely scared. Not terrified, just a very clear-headed fear. "It's going to be like trying to tame a Gyarados in a polluted lake, isn't it …"
[Lorelei:]
Lorelei's jaw clenches as the Founder so kindly allows her to reminisce on her failure. She crosses her arms, and then subtly pushes her glasses up the bridge of her nose again.
[Seth:]

"Occasionally Team Rocket does when they want the information leaked immediately." Seth replies to Dawn, this time more seriously.

It's worse when you consider that she gave up her freedom in the first place to save a human girl that said government agency shot trying to get her."
He clears his throat, "I… I'm sorry, I failed to mention. The etherial arms are refered to as Vectors." He seems eager to change the subject, "They're also capable of infecting humans so that they only produce Diclonii drones. Even when the drones have gone insane and have killed their families, about a year later, they start asking about their parents and family, and tend to show a literally pathological devotion to them."

He clears his throat again, "What I would you to do, as you're all elites is to take her in, and slowly guide her towards sanity. She's powerful enough that she can't be left running around without supervision, and you all," He gestures at the group, "Are elites. You can survive if things go south." He grins morbidly, "I'm sure you know the Union has a /good/ health plan. However, your pokemon and other skills grant you a certain adaptability that most groups lack when it comes to handling Lucy, calming her down, and guiding her back to a possibly normal life. Or … Stopping her from being an issue ever again."

"A probable guess." Lorelei quips with a deep alto, eyes glancing at Seth. "Her Vectors seem to be capable of a lot of things… Are they affected by anything from the outside—such as an attack?" The Ice Master turns to face the founder.
[Group Ufunc->] <Special Forces Gamma> Commander Ash says, "We can probably manage something for quarters, if she has any. Redoing the entire base is… NOT going to work. There's just too much of it."

The founder nods again, then taps the podium, an odd flat ovoid shows up on the screen, it looks … like it's really technologically advanced. "This is a vector tank. If you really want to know how they work, I'll tell you later. But they were developed as possible weapons in her world. They have vector cancelers but…" He shrugs, "Diclonii after they learned about them, responded by lobbing steel girders … through the tanks from outside their ranges."
Charmander says, "Man char charmander…" <Likely has to do with her metahuman physiology. This is how her particular immunity manifests itself, so to speak, when accounting for her mental state.>

Ash remains silent, pensive… thoughtful. He's obviously going to say something once the presentation reaches it's grand finale.

He shrugs again, "There are … No real known ways that aren't possible by another Diclonius to stop Vector usage. Given how Aura works here…" He shrugs, "It's quesitonable as to whether or not that would work on her anymore."
Ash simply sits.

The founder glances around the room as if inviting questions before he continues again, "This is the first world I'm going to show you. For those of you that are unfamilliar with certain terms I'm going to explain them now. The first term is cleft points : Moments that when changed slightly have an absolutely huge effect on a world, and are accepted as what differentiates one world from another."
[Fiera Kitsun:] Fiera says, "Like Missingno being awakened or continuing to sleep?"

The founder nods, "Precisely."

The founder continues, "In this world, Lucy was abused emotionally and mentally, she snapped and developed her powers as the other children killed a stray puppy she had adopted and befriended in front of her." He sighs, "Parts of this are going to be very depressing people, if you have a weak stomach, I suggest taking some complimentary maalox or pink chalk." He gestures towards a box next to the podium labeled pepto. "I'm going to gloss over the worst of it. Believe me." He clears his throat and continues, "In this world, Kohta met Lucy, and it was more or less mutal love after a few days together, he went with her to a festival." He smiles briefly, "The Japanese seem to like those, and blew off his cousin to do it… Lucy not only remained sane, but her sanity kept her from spreading the diclonius virus to more then a few. The government didnt' really come to the knowledge that there was a new species developing until after the media found out about … And Kohta Lucy had met up later and were married. As Lucy remained sane, that weird mind link kept the rest of the species from going … Uhh … Homicidal on the emergence of their powers."

He smiles, "Many Diclonii are now employed in research and development positions and there is an institute to prepare parents for Diclonii births, and to well… Isolate the children and teach them when they show the first signs of development. There is a benign version of a government research group there, but it's basically dedicated to spreading the positive genetic elements of the Diclonii to the rest of humanity."

He smiles, "That world has an average IQ of 150 because of some of those research projects."
[Lucy:]
Then he gestures offhandedly, "Of course people being people, they still don't have much common sense, but that's not here or there…"
[Kino Makoto:] Kino Makoto says, "Diclonus… virus?""
Ash, considering he has been known to go into beings and gut them from the inside, is probably going to do OK on the gruesomeness department.

The founder nods, "The Union has a cure for it. In essentiality, Lucy can infect you through the use of her vectors, so that any children you ever have will be Diclonii. I'll cover that more in world three."

Then the founder coughs, "Their minds do too. Their maturity tends to lag a little behind their intelligence though."

The founder smiles, "Those produced by a more natural means," He smirks, "I'm sure I don't need to explain that process, mature at the normal human rate, physically, but a hyper advanced rate mentally."

"Oh. To answer an earlier question." The founder continues, "She can choose to infect you, but I would reccomend once every six month screenings, or simple antivirals that prevent genetic manipulation." He grins, "You're auric, so there's a decent chance that most of you here are immune to it."
[Kino Makoto:] Kino Makoto nods, "If it's all the same to you, I'd rather not chance it." She smiles.

"Man char charmander…" <If vaccination does not work, might we formulate a time-delayed hypospray injection that could continualy release prophelactics in order to inhibit any chance of manipulation of the glial cells? This might actually be a boon in general, considering there may be OTHER Lucys out there.>

Due to the nature of the multiverse, if you're a vaccinated auric, facing a Drone or Lucy you're about 99 percent immune. If you're a vaccinated nonauric facing a drone You're probalby about 90 percent immune. If you're a non auric that's vacinated and facing Lucy? You're infected."

The founder considers for a moment, "You could probably get a nanoimplant. Like the new contraceptives to make it a 100 percent immunity if you're auric."

"Right…" The founder sighs, "Now on to story number two. Kohta lied to Lucy about who he was going to the festival with, she loved him, and caught him there with his cousin who was female. That and earlier trauma prompted a pretty impressive psychotic break, creating personality nuber two. The one that has the urge to wipe out humanity and replace them with Diclonii. When she snapped she listened to the voice in her head telling her that Kohta only liked her as an animal in a zoo. He smiles myrthlessly, "She tried to get along with Humanity for two years. There were varius infections from her … issue at the festival, the train, and a few in the city she was in, but when it came to Killing… …She seems to have limited it to people that deserved it."
He sighs, "Then she met a little girl, became friends, and the government agency that had been … created to deal with Diclonii… Came after her. The girl got Shot, and Lucy gave up her freedom so the girl could get medical attention. Despite the fact that she was around eight years old and taking on three or so swat teams and winning." He looks grim, "The girl … died. From a shoulder wound."
The fire-lizard also goes over to a computer terminal and begins typing. Fast.

Ash blinks and glances over, the fire lizard shhhhing Ash quietly as he concentrates.

The founder nods, "#2 or the Voice, came out several times, often taking Lucy over /just/ long enough to drop her into hot water or a bad situation, but it also continued to talk to her on the inside, urging her to destroy and replace humanity so the new species could have a place in the world." He looks down, "She spent around ten years inside a government facility in a straight jacket, with metal face plate on. Her vectors weren't very long, and they learned quickly to keep anyone or anything human out of her reach. After all. Killing somoene with a ball point pen is impressive, when you imbed it into the wall behind them."

He looks grim again, "Eventually Lucy escaped, with a suitable bloodbath, but there was a sniper with a 50 calibur rifle on the roof. She sensed him, he pinged the side of her metal mask with the round and she went down into the ocean, washed up onto the beach… Next to Kohta. Cue personality number three. The ideal Lucy. The Lucy, that Lucy wanted to be. One who could and did get along with humanity, one that could be with Kohta and not have to deal with the government, vectors, or the people that were waiting ot hunt her down, and return her to a research facility, where they did … horrible and disturbing things to other Diclonii. Her indirect children."

He shudders, "If you want details. Ask now. I'd like to get this over with."
[Lucy:]
After a long pause the founder nods, "I'll take that as a, no we really don't want to know, and continue now."
Ash remains silent.
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Fiera Kitsun finally thuds out. G'night all!

[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Lorelei says, "Night!"
[Kino Makoto:] Kino Makoto says, "I think Hitchcock-san was right on that one, honestly." She shrugs."
[Fiera Kitsun:] Fiera Kitsun has disconnected.
Pikachu glances up. "Ka chu?" <Hitchcock-san?>
[Kino Makoto:] Kino Makoto says, "Moviemaker. Very big on not having violence on the screen. 'Your imagination will come up with something more terrible than I could.'"
Pikachu's fur bristles at THAT thought. However, he notably does NOT disagree.
[Lucy:]
He continues, "Alright, Long story short. The Government agency came after her repeatedly. Lucy and the voice emerged several times and … Well. Death and chaos ensued, but always Lucy protected Kohta, and the small …family like Unit. It came to a head when Kohta was shot in front of personality number three. Lucy came out with A vengeance. She ripped a helicopter out of the sky wiped out a swat team, and dealt with two other controlled diclonii before the third got in a cheapish shot. To be fair Lucy left the third controlled diclonii in two peices, and expected it to not be able to do anything but… She dealt with anti-diclonii weapons and the like before one of her horns was damaged and she dropped to the ground almost helpless from the paint. The government group snapped off the second horn and she passed out. To be revived in the research facility. Unfortionately for them… The horns regrew. Lucy emerged again, and … This time she was at a much higher level of power."

He frowns, "We really don't know how this works. But Lucy can tap into something similar to a high level of telekinesis and directional desintigration or fusion… It's bad when she does it… She tore the research facility apart and returned to Kohta, after deciding that her entire species should die." He looks at the audience, "I want you to understand, she killed off the only true male member of her species for Kohta. She decided that they shouldn't live, and indirectly made certain that the cure for the Diclonius virus survived." He looks around the room for a moment, "…Kohta… Didn't quite forgive her for the death of his family… But… She was family to him then… And they would live together so long as she didn't use her powers to hurt people anymore."
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Lucy says, "Paint = Pain."
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Lorelei snerk. I was seriously confused.

Squirtle, meanwhile, begins humming the theme from Hitchcock's TV show. When'd he get out of his Pokeball? Probably best not to ask.
[Kino Makoto:] Kino Makoto nods, "I guess that's the best ending you could hope for in those circumstances. Still, it's a bad situation all around."
[Tsukino Usagi:]
Usagi is, ok, Usagi is lost… She's in her 'Haruna-sensei is teacing something complicated, I'll just cram it' mode.. Her eyes look semi-glassy and she's just nodding…
[Lorelei:]
Lorelei is seriously listening, she's just cold silent. Learning about this Lucy was valuable knowledge to her, considering she didn't have it at the time she needed it most. Might as well settle for later than never.
[Seth:]

Umbreon slinks through the shadows beneath the seats stealthily, jumping from one to the next in a bizarre sort of psuedo-teleportation that is more a trick of the eye than anything. He "drops" a tiny plastic bag with a brownie in it next to Squirtle, and then makes towards the back of the room where Seth is.

Seth is sitting there with his shades down. He's awake and attentive, but he's pretending not to be.
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Ash says, "Sadly, Squirtle is probably quite convinced that it was sent by Goddish himself."
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Seth says, "The next day, all the tabloids had articles on a Squirtle claiming that Goddish sent him pot-brownies."
[Lucy:]
"I think you're all getting the picture when I say it didn't work." He looks down, "One of the heads of the old research facilities was waiting for her when she went down the stairs of the lighthouse they were in. Rather then use her powers… She chose to keep her promise to Kohta about not using her powers. To die for him basicly. The voice emerged at the last moment, deflected the bullet at point blank range, and disarmed the man. Literally. Kohta came down the stairs and yelled at Lucy, while she was distracted and utterly confused about what had happened… The director recovered his gun and shot again… Hitting Kohta."
He looks down and then turns around to a projector, on it shows an image of Lucy, hanging in the air and holding the gunshot Kohta in her arms, massive swirls of etherial arms surrounding her. "This is what happened." After a moment the scene shifts to several battleships and a flight of F-15's launching missiles, and the vectors intercepting the missiles destroying the battleships ripping the piltos of the jets apart in their cockpits while Lucy seems to be gibbering madly about Kohta and a world that takes everything from her.

The founder freezes the image and turns back, "That world had a high entropy rating, The more power you used the quicker it destroyed your body… …Lucy in that world started to melt, but she used her vectors to repair the damage to Kohta's body… …And in the end when the voice came out, Lucy and personality #3 did their best to protect him, and … to fufil a promise he made to her as a child, and because she was begging him to do it… He shot her in the head and killed her."
This does get Ash's attention. He raises his brows, but says nothing.
[Kino Makoto:] Kino Makoto sighs, "And THAT would be 'bad end' all around. And something we'd LIKE to prevent. If that's even possible."
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Tsukino Usagi says, "What IS Goddish? The Poke'mon god?"
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Tsukino Usagi says, "I mean, Its a no brainer but…"
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Tsukino Usagi says, "What does he LOOK like?"
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Seth says, "A turnip."
Squirtle, meanwhile, sees the brownie. He examines it. Sniffs it.

"SQUIR SQUIRTLE SQUIR SQUIRTLE!" <ALL HAIL BROWNIE! THE SECOND COMING OF GODDISH!> He toddles out of the room, singing a very off-pitch series of meaningless Squirrs that sound vaguely like 'Michael Rowed The Boat Ashore.'

Ash glances towards Charmander and Pikachu. "…well, at least he only did it once this week." The two nod solumnly.
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Ash says, "A royal purple Oddish with divine fire for leaves and a long, planty beard. His eyes burn with pure holiness. He cleanses the just and expunges the wicked in unquenchable fire."
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Lorelei says, "XD"
[Seth:]

Seth grins broadly at this, appearing quite pleased with himself. First, brownies. Next, lacing Ash's toilet water with hallucinogens.

[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Lorelei die.
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Lorelei says, "can someone send me the log later, as well?"

The founder sighs, "That was a pretty kind end, when you consider melting… Dying to the hand of the one you love…"

He smiles grimly, "That's … Pretty much how Lucy's life went… It was depressing and horrible. Now… Lets move on to world number three."

"There was no Kohta here. So she never really learned to care for the human race, or the human people. They were carriers. She was the queen. That world is now populated by ninety percent Diclonii, with breeder humans kept on… To ahh… Help the race continue."

He sighs, "They don't really have a pathological hate for humans, the Union team that found the place was uhh… Well…" He shrugs and smiles, "As much as some would find that fun, their takeover of the world was long and horrificly bloody. There were nuclear weapons unleashed and multiple wholesale attempts at Genocide. They don't trust humans even the ones they keep as cattle." He sighs, "Several of the nearby worlds send criminals there for … various reasons."
Ash's face twists slightly darkly at that thought.
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Lorelei says, "I'll just ask around. assume Lorelei's silence. She's mulling things over."
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Lorelei Sheer Colds you all then leaves.
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Ash shivers.
[Lucy:]
The Founder clears his throat, "Lucy in that world is … The queen. The drones, and the other purebloods as it were obey her, because that fixation I mentioned before? The pathological loyalty is all directed at her. We left that world alone. Alright… Questions?"
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Gold says, "Could you melt my brain faster?"
[Kino Makoto:] Kino Makoto says, "Let's hope the Lucy in question doesn't go there."
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Lucy tapes Gold down in a room that plays nothing but teletubbies.
[Kino Makoto:] Kino Makoto shivers, hugging the Eevee closer.

The founder shakes his head, "It wouldn't matter if she did. She only wants one thing at the moment. Kohta."
"I have some." Ash finally rises, looking at his PADD for a moment as if to review, before putting it down.

"First of all. I want to know why the Founders are so interested in her. We've got Borg, Decepticons, Xenomorphs… why do the Founders care about /her/? Does she have /that/ much potential?"

"Second is like it." He leans forward. "Can we see the actual True Canon, or whatever you have of it? I know that isn't fully 'real' here, but so we know what's going on. I want to know exactly what we're dealing with. And I /really/ want to know more about this 'alternate' personality. From what you've sent to me, this thing isn't like standard mind control, yet it isn't really part of her. I don't think I can remove it psychically. Not like I have with mind control with Trainers in the past. At least, not /yet/. What's the plan with that? This seems to be a hell of a lot more than a normal shrink visit." A sigh as he pushes himself away.

"And I want to know just what options we have for containing her. We have to be ready. Can we transport her out? Can we have some kind of psychic back door? Can we give her tracers? Just what can we expect here? And for THAT matter what's gonna set her off?"

He straightens himself slightly, crossing his arms as he listens. He's… cautious, as uual. But he's not dismissing the possibility out of hand, that's for sure.
[Tsukino Usagi:]
Usagi says, "I think the chance of Lucy or her breed getting a hold on the Multiverse is slim to none in all honesty. Even if Kohta doesn't show up.. We CAN take her out if need be… Right?
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Gold says, "I'm not even gonna pretend I understand half of that."
[Lucy:]
The founder nods. "Vectors are good at blocking physical force. Gas? They're not really effective against. I don't recommend using explosives. Ever. They're also vulnerable to surprise. I wouldn't reccomend nuking, but the backlash, and background radiation can kill them provided it's strong enough. In short, direct force isn't the best weapon. I'm not at all sure about psionics either."
[Tsukino Usagi:]
Usagi says, "How about something classified as magical, or in terms, holy light elemental, as they call it back at HQ."
[Lucy:]
The founder shrugs, "Some of them have deflected laser, and particle energy beams with their vectors, contact teams have reported this. Magic? If it relies on direct force, could possibly be detonated before it got to them, on the other hand, surprise, works. I'm personally not certain how Lucy would react to magic, that's also variable and the other reason we came to you. Pokemon are variable. In the extreme."
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Ash says, "Er, is the Founder gonna answer my question barrage?"
[Tsukino Usagi:]
Usagi says, "Let me put it another way.. I have the ability to puify a soul of its evil.."
[Lucy:] The founder turns to Ash, "We have some true canon on her… It's …" He sighs, "Depressing. She was alone with the homicidal voice for almost ten years, isolated in a straight jacket in a lab while they viva-ehmm… Here…" He hands Ash a PDA, "It's remarkable Lucy is sane at all. As to why we're interested in her…"

He glances around, "Lucy is a highest class auric. She can poke a non auric with one of those vectors? Cause a cerebral hemmorage, or a fatal heart attack, Or she can take on a military fleet. To make it worse, she's undetectable in most terms. If she were recruited by the other side, or latched onto a confederate as her Kohta…"
[Tsukino Usagi:]
Usagi says, "Most things with evil or darkness in their souls can't really stand to be within 100 feet of me normally.."
[Kino Makoto:] Kino Makoto says, "That's the problem, Usagi-chan. She *ISN'T* evil. At least not at this point. That makes this worse."
Ash flicks through the PDA quietly as he examines it.

He doesn't like what he sees, but he maintains a poker face.

"If it comes down to it, Usagi, I want you to attempt Purification on her. If that entity in there really is evil it should have some effect. Bombardment with energy blasts is something we'd have to try later. I'll bet that a vibrationally attuned ki strike would travel through the vectors and do damage, not to mention most of us could probably learn to detect the vectors BEFORE they attack us. We've also got the possibility of digging underground, attack her that way, or transport her into space."

He looks on the PDA. "This one has the data on the psionic situation, right?"
[Lucy:]
He continues answering Ash, "Anything like telling her Kohta is dead or she won't find Kohta, will set her off, There are THREE SEPERATE LUCYS." He looks at Ash, "Each of them has the ability to take over the body, Lucy herself achieved her own version of Absolution when she killed her species, and chose to die for Kohta I, personally believe." He sighs, "Nyuu, or the ideal Lucy, or personality #3. Is possibly less powerful then Lucy, but she's also the definition of, 'We can live peacably with humans, coexist, and not kill, maim or whatnot." He rubs his eyes and continues, "I would imagine putting her in anything like a lab situation, where you're going to expirament inject, or otherwise do… We'll say similar things that were done to her Drones… Would also be bad."

"Lucy can obviously be teleported out, that's how the Confederates got rid of her. A psychic back-door would be risky, as there are three of them, One is insane, one is good, and the other would happily rip your mind to teeny tiny bits for being human, and the people out to kill her race. And finally Yes it does."
[Tsukino Usagi:]
Usagi nods to Makoto and nods, "I've had this compared to the Matrix in many ways. And I've never really used its full power in the multiverse before… I hope I never will have to…"
[Lucy:]
The founder looks down for a moment, "You remember that I said that Lucy was melting due to the overuse of her power, before Kohta shot her? … Entropy doesn't work like that here. Thankfully powers on that level don't quite work right here either."
[Kino Makoto:] Kino Makoto shakes her head, "And I hope so, too." ~Why do you think I spend so much time training? Just hope it's enough.~
[Lucy:]
he founder coughs and looks at Ash, "I think… I got all your questions?" Then he looks around the room, "Were there any more, or any that I missed," His eyes travel to Ash, "In that sudden barrage?"
"That's going to make medical treatment difficult." Ash says. "If she's injured, I don't want to just leave her to bleed out, but I'm not going to expose medics to that kind of risk. Can we stop her from doing that? Auric or not, if she's this naive, that just might happen." He ponders quietly. "I'd also like to see about possibly implanting an emergency transporter beacon on her. Maybe we can put it into her clothing." He glances up. "But if you've read my files? Don't worry about her attacking me psychically. I can take it."
[Lucy:]
The founder shakes his head, "She regenerates at a certain level. I believe that at one point a bullet reached her heart, before Lucy emerged, blocked it and tossed it aside. Keep in mind, shifting a blood vessel to cause a cerebral hemmorahge or a heart attack probably represents a heavy amount of control over her powers." He shrugs, "And she can't attack Psychicly, I'm simply stating that opening a psychic link to her and leaving it completely unguarded, or relying on just a psychic link is a bad idea."
"Not gonna start a permanent link, I can tell you that much." Ash says as he leans over, tapping a few buttons on a computer console.

He turns his head towards the side. "What about people she's around? Who'd she be a threat to? I don't think housing her in Pallet is a good idea. In fact, we've got non-aurics and semi-aurics running a skeleton crew on this base from my government's army. Can we keep /them/ safe? Even if we'll survive, they might not."
[Lucy:]
The founder shrugs and looks grim, "She was in New Washington learning just about everything she could for a week and a half, visited over five hundred households with the name 'Kohta' attached to them, and stayed safely and … non fatally at Mobile section six's base for a week before 'the voice', If I read that particular report right, sent her out on a wild goose chase to a Confederate base."
"Well," Lass pipes up. "This thing IS a base designed to try to contain Mewtwo. Artificial-force anti-psionic dampers and whatnot. It's probably not COMPLETELY useless against her."
You will no longer hear messages on channel <Longwinded Tirades>.
[Lucy:]
At this point the founder looks a little embarassed, "We don't know what her vectors qualify as. She can pull a helicopter out of the sky and slam it into the ground, but never leave the ground, or be picked up by the helicopter."
Not an easy decision. At all.

"So how'd you suggest we contain her?" Ash inquires. "Other than just being nice to her. If we can get a foolproof way of teleporting her out, that'd work, and it'd work well. Given her multiple personalities she might not be able to resist the transporter attempt very well…"
[Lucy:]
He pauses, "There was one other possibility I mentioned. The group that had her before, or was hunting her? Probably knows she's in the multiverse now. They may be attempting to actively hunt her." He pauses then grins at Ash, "She's a girl Ash. Put a minor tracking beacon in a ring or an earring or a necklace."
"So what you're saying," Lara says, "Is that it's basically a case of us getting to her before someone else does something horrible with what she can do or what she is."
[Lucy:]
The founder nods, "Or creates a massive bloodbath, because they underestimate how powerful she is now."
Ash sighs slightly, one elbow on one of the consoles.

He gives a quick glance back to the others, to assess their takes on it.

Then the Founder. "You do realize we're going to have to talk this out among ourselves."
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Gold says, "Not that we haven't done a lot of that already."
[Lucy:]
The founder looks at his watch, then drags a chair over to the podium and sits down in it. "If you're going over the material I suggest you keep small children or weak stomached people away from it."
Ash nods slightly.

With that he moves over towards the center table. He motions towards the SFG'ers to huddle around, before plugging the PDA into the computer and tapping a few buttons.

"Alright, guys…" he says. Not all the Trainers can fit, but their leaders do, Lass and Lara on either side of Ash. "What do you think?"
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Lucy says, "Any OOC questions about the Manga?"
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Lucy says, "Or what you're seeing?"
[Gold:] Gold shakes his head. "I think it's nuts. If we can't calm her down then we're screwed without the KY."
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Kino Makoto says, "Manga?"
[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Gold says, "The source for Lucy."

[RemitCommands:] <OOC> Lucy notes, "There's also designs for what looks like a can of mace, clearly labled, tranquilizing gas : contains 500cc of of various tranquilizers, For use if the voice emerges or Lucy goes crazy." There are directions, showing a person pointing it at Lucy, and spraying. Also pictures of someone holding it backwards and spraying, with a circled slash through it, and pictures of someone spraying it on their food, with a circled ? Through it.
[Kino Makoto:] Kino Makoto nods, "Admittedly, we've got people well-practiced at doing just that, however." A nod to Usagi. "The problem is, from what I'm seeing… This Kohta *IS* gone. What are we supposed to do about THAT?"
[Lucy:]
The founder activates a small MP34 player and sticks a pair of earbuds in his ears.
[Tsukino Usagi:]
Usagi says, "Well, this IS the Multiverse. Maybe one will Unify?"
Ash, for once, seems… indecisive. And quiet.

Charmander hops up on the table. "Man char charmander…" <I think, however, we must consider one thing. What is better - for /us/ to take care of it, when in all probability we will survive even mortal peril, or for a random individual to discover her, and… well, you can guess.>
[Gold:] Gold says, "Maybe but why *US* specifically? I mean we're hardly the most calming influences on people."
"Man char charmander…" <No, but we might be the best to empathize. We do have a comraderie that is difficult to deny. Furthermore, we are mostly around her age.> Charmander counters.
[Kino Makoto:] Kino Makoto nods, "Well, because SOME of us are pretty well-adjusted, and Charmander's right. We'll probably survive it. Or die and come back again. Lord knows most of us've been through THAT.

Ash exhales quietly. "I'm… torn, myself. She seems like she'll be hard to control, and most things we can do would make her worse. From a tactical standpoint I think we'd hold up better than conventional forces. From what I'm looking at, we can beat her if we have to…" he glances up. "Still, I'd rather it not come to that, and we'd have a hard time keeping her from wandering in residential sectors looking for Kohta." He trails off.

"On the other hand… even though I'm normally the kind to rip people apart for this thing?" He shakes his head solidly. "I've got way too much experience with mind control. And this sounds like it's close enough. Even the psych profile notes that they're probably different souls."
[Gold:] Gold shrugs. "I'm probably the BEST person to keep her away from, however. Especially with the way things are going lately."

[Gold:] Gold agrees with the fire lizard. "Not much we can do. But I really think it'd be better if I weren't around. Don't want to destabilize things."

Ash nods slightly.

"Alright." He turns back to the Founder. "We're putting this up for short-term debate. There aren't enough of us here to make a decision like this. And I don't feel right making a decision like this on my own."
[Lucy:]
The Founder looks up at Ash, before pulling out his earbuds and nodding, "Alright. Make sure any copies you have of that are destroyed when you're done with it. True canon is a pain, and you've all been given some of it. Do remember that Diclonii are … dangerous to have running loose at least and Lucy is crazy enough, and desperate enough at the moment to believe that Kohta is dead, that she just might decide that someone is her Kohta… …And treat them the way she did the old one."
"Alright." Ash says.
